ADP Instructional Designer interview questions

The interview process was a normal interview process where I was asked about my background, and I provided work samples, and answered the typical normal interview type questions. It lasted about an hour and I was made an offer the very next day.

I had both phone and in-person interviews. They asked good, thought-provoking questions - but nothing that stumped me. And the questions were very geared towards the key responsibilities of the position. They weren't behavior type questions. I thought that everyone was very professional and personable - so I was happy when they extended the offer. I would work for them again in a heartbeat!
