ADP Implementation Specialist interview questions

As many rounds as a golf outing. Or a baseball game. Spoke to several individuals on multiple occasions for a job that was so basic a 4 year old child could complete. Almost made me feel it was a higher quality job by the process itself, which was led to much disappointment when realizing how awful the job itself was. Being a too big to fail company leaves a culture riddled with petty politics, lack of work ethic, you are essentially employee #2334134, and looked upon as such.. No reward for people who go above and beyond.. all that is expected is that you fit the mold that their algorithm has deemed the amount of productivity a employee should do.

I went to a mixer at my university and met the recruiter, who gave me her card. I then visited their both at the career fair and was scheduled for a phone screen which led me to the panel interview. The interview took all morning, but I felt like it went quite well. After about a week, and not hearing a word, I discovered that ADP lost track of my application after I'd already sat for the panel and effectively had to start over. All their interview notes were lost, and I was told I would have to sit for another phone interview. After the second phone interview, I felt so discouraged I didn't book the second in-person interview.
