I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jun 2013
Interview
Go through about 3 interviews. First with recruiter then 2 with hiring managers. Be ready to role play. Be upbeat and flaunt your "peacock" chest. It is an entry level position and they want to see passion, ability to sell, and ambition.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Phoenix, AZ) in Sep 2010
Interview
Process began with a recruiter conducted phone interview. This led to a face to face interview with the hiring manager. The process took about a month. The third interview was with the regional VP and then back to the hiring manager to schedule a ride along with a current rep in the field. Once we decided this was a good fit an offer was made.

Question 1
The interviews were pretty conversational focussing on the "Hunter vs Farmer" mentality. They are looking for Hunters that will prospect both in their assigned territories and via the phone for appointments.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ADP (Austin, TX) in Jul 2011
Interview
The interview started with a phone screen, and after several follow up calls I received an in person interview with the DVP. From there I had a whole-day interview consisting of a role play interview with a sales executive and a ride-along with a veteran DM. The next week they made an offer.
