Phone screen from recruiter. Interview with sales leader then an interview with the VP then an in person gaining access role role-play. Was quick process and good feedback for what to expect on the job.
Multiple steps including sales role play. Recruiter, multiple regional executives. Somewhat lengthy, but detailed process to make sure it’s a fit for both parties. Some challenging questions and activities, but not too bad if you have some legitimate form of B2B sales experience.
