ADP Director of Applications Development interview questions

As I was part of the same team, I received the opportunity to apply for the open position of Director of Applications Development. I participated in 8 interviews with different people, since the person I was replacing, my direct managers, HR and others peers. It was a slow process from the beginning to the end because it required an international relocation too.
