ADP Client Relations Executive interview questions

I received a phone call from an out of state recruiter and scheduled a phone interview for a couple of days later. The phone interview consisted of a couple of behavioral interview questions and a basic overview of my resume and the job itself. I was told I would be contacted by the hiring manager and I never received a call. I followed up with the recruiter and sent an email to the hiring manager via Linkedin, but still never got a response.
