ADP Business Analyst interview questions

I got a call from one of the recruiting consultancies which forwarded my resume to the Organization. My profile got shortlisted and I was called for the interview. I went through 3 rounds, 2 face to face and one telephonic round 2 Technical Round 1 HR Telephonic Round

Site to submit your application was a nightmare so had to reach out to the company directly to get my resume sent over. Once there I had a standard phone interview: Skills and experience. Then 2 in person interviews. Behavior based "tell us a time when you..." Pretty easy all in all and organized too. Made me feel that my time was respected.
