it was smooth, and happened really fast. First i got the call to schedule the interview . It was just one round of interview. I got selected and joined there. i worked there almost 1 year.
Process was quick and fuss free, tested my communication skills and whether I can address customer questions well. Also asked scenario based questions to test ability to deal with difficult customer
