ABC Customer Service Representative interview questions

A very nice person made the telephone interview and asked something about the previous working experience, CV question, education background and some technique questions. 1 week after another telephone from Line manager asked almost the same staff and some selling part of the company.

The interview process was very easy and well informed throughout the whole process. I am very pleased. I look forward to hearing from the interviewees and was pleasantly surprised the quick response.
