A day at the office for the whole family. Want to show your kids and family how a day at work looks like? Our office in Algeria opened its doors and it was a whole lot of fun for everyone. Craft workshops for the little ones and selfie sessions for the adults were on the menu of this somewhat different work-day.
More recycled plastic for packaging. A new step towards our sustainability objectives has been made! From now on, all Perwoll bottles in Western Europe will be made from at least 25% recycled plastic!

Pitch perfect at Xathon. The spotlight was on female digital talent at our recent hackathon weekend just for women in Berlin. It was an incredible 3 days worth of innovation, invention and ideas!
Feel the female force. Schwarzkopf‘s Million Chances Award rewarded three charitable initiatives that support the promotion of women’s rights. They each received 10,000 Euros to fund their vital work in the fight for gender equality!
Stepping on to the big stage! Henkel China took home the prize for “Best Technology of Employer Brand” and “Best Social Responsibility Project” at the 2019 Employer Branding Creativity Awards. These honours recognize its excellent digital innovation and inclusive hiring campaigns!
Taking the next step toward a circular economy. Henkel has extended its partnership with social enterprise Plastic Bank by another 5 years to introduce collection points across Haiti, the Philippines and Indonesia.
