      This company is dishonest and misleading

      Pros

      Got me my job and consequently experience.

      Cons

      Went back on their word in regard to compensation and told me I had to take less money if I wanted the job.... at the last minute. Despite my trying to negotiate a rate a raise AFTER 2 YEARS, they never even got back to me until after the contract was extended.

      Pros

      None, there are absolutely no pros to being here and as a client I would terminate all MSAs. Stay away, run away as I am trying to find another opportunity since I cannot be here any longer.

      Cons

      If you notice all the feedback from all the negative reviews are the same, the culture is not unified and is only worried about their bottom line. All the negative reviews are 100% accurate. They do not have a delivery model that is competent to today's market nor is there CEO ready to meet the demands of fortune 500 clients. If you want to grow your career do not go here.

      Pros

      can't think of any single pros. It was such a bad experience.

      Cons

      * Lacks professionalism. They say they believe in hassle free process, but its totally opposite here. * HR people in Bangalore office are of no use, they never respond to emails and phone calls. * Management is expert in making false promises. * Salary is delayed unnecessarily * And when after facing so many issues if you resign, they will not pay your salary and full and final settlement. Calls and mails will be ignored. No action will be taken by HR or any management person.
