      Pros

      I have had a great experience working for e-Team. E-Team is very supportive and very quick to respond when trying to contact them. Their follow through is reliable and they make it easy to speak with them regarding any situation. I usually speak with Artie and Akanksha and they are both very nice. They have always acted quick to my concerns and they are professional. They also call once in a while to check up and ask if I am still happy!! Ive been employed through different agencies in the past but E-Team and the people who I have been working with have been good to me!

      Cons

      The hiring process takes a little bit longer then usual.

      Sometime they talk nicely with you.

      They don't give payments and it will linger for years before you ever see them.

      good for freshers who want to gain experience in recruitment

      Cons

      they have environment like BPO, 3 hours calling, offer doesnt matter only thing matters is number of call and the duration of your calls
