      Pros

      Eteam makes its current employees leave positive reviews. They are horrible to deal with.

      Cons

      Under bids pay by thousands a year, will not return calls, no help with problems. I couldn't even get a w2 out of them for taxes. Don't walk - run away from this company.

      Pros

      Put me at Caterpillar in Peoria. Caterpillar was a great company. The managers treated me with respect and kindness. I learned a lot from my coworkers at Caterpillar.

      Cons

      E Team did not contact me about many things. Put me at a contract role and didn't communicate with me for months. Once my first year ended I asked for a raise did not hear back from them and some time. I decided to get a permanent job. I gave E Team my 2 week notice which took me 6 calls to reach someone. Never heard back from them at all.

      Paid on time is really the only pro

      Cons

      No communication. Can't get a straight answer on the rare occasions my point of contact does respond. No pay for holidays even if you work them it's straight pay No sick time or pto of any kind.
