I recommend never join this type of consultancy. You will not get your own payment on time. I have been worked here for 2 years. I don't know what is my salary credited date sometime I get on 5,7,15,17 it could be any. They can fire you at any point of time without any notice. If you have any HR related issue you will not get any response. I was looking to change my salary account, It takes 3 month to open my new salary account after lot of follow ups but still I was getting my salary on my old account, I was followed up for that as well but no response from HR. Here every thing is manual there is no any application where you can update the details. For investment declaration you have to post the document to Noida office. For investment proof submission again you have to post all your hard copies, after that also it is not sure whether you will get that reflected in form 16. There are many more issue I faced during the tenure. They have taken 7 month to pay my 15 days shift allowance. Literally speaking you will not get any response any help from management, HR for any issue. In follow up email no response. I can say this was my worst experience in my 12 years of my career. I again recommend never go in this consultancy if you other option.
