There alteration and firing rate is high so if you are planning for a short term employment (2 months) this company is for you.
Cons
Unprofessional and unethical working environment. Management,HR are not bothered about employee specially recruiters. Highest atteration and firing level talking about the stats they are firing 20 recruiters in one day. This company lack vision could be a hevan for boot licker. Trust me they have hired managers who do not even know about the background of the client they are working upon. They have a fresher program where they hire fresh grads from college and when they do not know what to do with them they start firing. I am not saying this because I have left the company I am an experienced resource who has worked in multiple organizations I understand there are expectations there are quota but you can not exploit a professional. They actually harass employees if you will be not able to complete your 7.45 hr excluding brake it was marked as half day and there will be deductions.
