      Pros

      We have hard workers. We always find ways to celebrate. We have caring employees. We have people who desire to make driversselect great.

      Cons

      There isn't a whole lot of structure since the company is still small. There may be an adjustment for people coming from bigger companies. It's not much of a con, but there could be an adjustment period.

      Pros

      the commitment people have to the 4 core values and how we manage to a unique set of behaviors to achieve our goals. The focus is on driving results through the right behaviors. I appreciate how people come together to celebrate each other's important life events.

      Cons

      It's retail - so it requires many people to work a few evenings and Saturdays

      Pros

      You get to wear jeans/shorts and t-shirts, so you're always comfortable. Also, we have a core value of "Be Transparent" and the founder truly wants us to be the same person at work as we are at home. That takes a lot of stress off and I think puts our customers at ease as well. It's a great blend of different personalities and really fun, creative people.

      Cons

      You're not really rewarded in any way for staying with the company. Most companies allow you to earn more time off or other perks for longevity, but there's nothing like that in place here.
