Pros

Great people, feels like you are working with family across all departments of the organization. Really stresses teamwork environment. Emphasis on personal and professional development that can be either self or company driven.

Cons

Due to a retail environment, hours can be long. We are open most holidays with exception of a few major ones. Even during hazardous road conditions, such as ice, managers have forced team to drive in even when living 30 miles away.

Pros

It is refreshing to work in an environment where team building and teamwork is so vital to both your personal success as well as the company's, rarely does everything fall on your shoulders! There are voluntary programs(professional/personal) you can sign up for that will help with your professional, as well as your personal development and growth. The ability and encouragement to work with other departments...this level of involvement helps you recognize and understand others contributions to the company... and how it relates to the success of you personally and your department. At driversselect, when new positions open up, they encourage and allow employees to apply for these positions even if it is outside their current role of expertise.

Cons

The hours are long...but can be very rewarding.
