Pros

The culture at driversselect is unique and unlike any other car dealership. The atmosphere is more like a Zappos than a regular car dealership it starts from the top. The owner is very progressive and believes in taking care of the employees and letting them take care of the customers. He provides positive messages, encourages development of individuals at work and at home. I've truly never worked in a better environment.

Cons

Rapid growth as a result of the new business model implemented about a year and half ago has led to growing pains (good problems to have) and the company is moving fast to make needed adjustments. Again, these are good problems to have and offer opportunity for all involved.

Pros

driversselect is a very progressive company, truly a breath of fresh air in an industry polluted with bad owners, bad management, and bad business practices. Working here, you can sleep at night selling cars, and also be proud of who you work for. The quality of the vehicles are exceptional, and at prices that have the phone ringing like it's a telethon. Management has your best interest at heart, and are motivated to help you succeed personally, professionally, and financially. If you work hard, and are coachable, you will make excellent money. You even get a true base salary, not a draw against future commissions like most dealerships. The once a month meetings have themes like Cinco De Mayo, Halloween, and Mardi Gras! Many prizes and awards are given when you live by the companies core values of Learn to Earn, Be Transparent, Take Ownership, and Celebrate Small Successes. You will really enjoy your coworkers, it's a great team environment!

Cons

Record breaking growth (one of the largest independent pre-owned dealerships in North Texas) comes with some growing pains. New infrastructure is being put in place right now to alleviate some of the stress in trying to accommodate a very high volume of customers.
