Pros

-So far, a great place to work. If you are open to learn new things and try not to limit yourself, you have a greater chance on moving up the ladder at this company. I have only been here for a couple of months and I have received so many praises from my fellow co-workers.

Cons

-the only con I have, we have TONS of meetings. Definitely something I had to get use to. I am not a talkative person but I can understand how it's beneficial to the company and for individuals to discuss what needs to be addressed.
