Pros
Company offers a very friendly environment to work in. There is nothing like "Do it by yourself" in the company, every is eager to help you if you are willing to know about it. It offers direct contact with the head level in the company. You don't need to go thru hierarchy of level to get resolution. Experience is not the key of promotion. Work on your dashboard is the only key of success.
Cons
Every recruiter has challenges in their carrier regarding the submission and some pressure from your managers. Well I would agree on there level as they are paying to over come those challenges. A neat culture and breathing environment where grass level are more appraised by there progress.
