      Pros

      Good employees and Environment. One can get Full life cycle of Recruitment and work ethics. Management is good if we exclude some person. Employee has very good platform to Perform well and Earn well.

      Cons

      All company is Dependent on 2 - 3 business developer. Not able to bring new business. Too Much analysis and meetings but less decisions and actions. Management always ask for suggestion but take no action. No value of employee's loyalty and hard work.
