      A grand safe job if you're looking to tick along in financial services

      Pros

      - lovely office and location, hybrid working, decent salary with bonus/shares - some great people to work with - suggestions are listened to (within reason) - Clear path for progression and improvement - Upper management very understanding and helpful

      Cons

      - Regular staff turnover can lead to unexpected periods of high workloads - At times sales run the show and can make demands beyond what should be expected - Focus on sales means big money clients become prioritised which can derail teams - Slow to adopt sustainable practices. Change takes a lot longer than it should, especially when it comes to processes which should be automated - Can be difficult to take on at first as training can be hit and miss due to staffing issues
