      Pros

      Good medical benefits program. Matching 401K program. Pension vests in three years. Some divisions appear to foster employee retention.

      Cons

      Little or chance of advancement. High attrition, and employees who leave are not replaced, so that work load and pressure increase. Broad division between management and employees, to the point that communications are discouraged. Many slogans regarding "employee engagement," with no follow-through.

      Truly global company which offers many global work opportunities. High level of expertise in the company.

      Cons

      HR processes are not well controlled. Individual managers have a lot of power and can determine what happens with employees.

      - Good compensation benefits and opportunities to grow within the company (via both promotions and courses) - Some excellent colleagues

      Cons

      - Some incompetent, unpleasant, false 'Peter Principle' line managers - HR will not hold them to task - Compliance do not have the power to hold HR to task
