      People International opportunities Really good Salaries Atmosphere Motivated managers and leaders Great as a first job, since the opportunities are endless

      I do not have big cons. The thing a can think of is that since it is so big of an organization some things takes a long time.

      Pros

      I have worked at Zurich for 16 years and it has improved a lot in the last 5 or so especially. Zurich has excellent communication with it's employees, is a solid company with a bright future, takes it's impact and commitment to community and the environment as seriously as a publicly held financial servives company could, and really has some competitive benefits as well.

      Cons

      Could do better at promoting from within and helping employees to get different jobs from within the company, while learning new skills. This is true of most large companies, though.
