      salary is ok, lots of internal trainings, good pension fund, good possibilities to change within company, interesting work, modern work places

      too much cost discussions at the moment. management is focused on themself. lots of good people are leaving company and knowhow is gone. too much bad and lazy managers..

      Top management are finally addressing the burocracy and redundant layers of reporting that were continually added over the last 10 years. Good benefits and good work life balance.

      Cons

      Turmoil in general insurance but this should improve in the next 2 to 3 years.
