      Pros

      A very reputable and professional organization with sophisticated systems. Industry best training programs and talented individuals at home and regional offices. Above market compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Seems to be finding core and stability after a number of rounds of restructuring. Headcount and expense reductions have placed undue pressure and stress on those left behind. Witch hunt and knee jerk reactions following poor results in 2015

      Pros

      Good progression. Good management. Plenty of training (if you ask for it).

      Cons

      High volume of work for not such a high volume of staff. Be prepared for stressful deadlines, pressure on claims and getting the blame hard if you do wrong. Training lacks - had to ask other colleagues all the time which caused time wastage and annoyance. Staff members can become nasty. Be prepared to be breathed about behind your back, off sick or even moving from your desk if you don't fit into the clique.

      you will get good experience, pay is good at entry level, pay increase every year

      Cons

      very tough on middle management, work load is excessive, pay does not line up with responsibility. After recent redundancies there are not enough staff to do the work
