      Pros

      Get to set my own schedule and manage my own tasks. They do not manage your every second like some companies do. The benefits are amazing!!

      Cons

      Department is a little slow paced. The claims system they use is older and does not do everything that it should. This makes the claims process slower.

      I was in contact with the world as it was Global project, i was able to travel a lot of different countries and meet a lot of people.

      Cons

      after the project was over it was difficult to do my job as the other projects had no further development to offer to my skills
