      a forward thinking company with many good underwriters and management. Flexible work schedule and OK benefits. Fair salary and bonuses - if you put in the work you will be compensated

      Cons

      many layers of management and sales personnel who complicate your job. Little trust with management. Felt like you needed to watch your back at all times. Underwriting focus changes by the day

      Pay is average, do not reward internal staff, hire new staff on more money from other life offices, creates a low moral within the company, current restructuring leading to a chaotic/stressful work environment
