      Unprofessional/Favoritism/Awful company to work for

      Pros

      Summer hours are the only thing I can think of

      Cons

      management brings a lot of friends and very clickish - Favoritism is very visible - Micro management - retaliation policy does not apply.... Awful place to work - extremely stressful and goals are impossible to meet there is no respect at all in workplace and, it starts from the top - very visible

      Collaborative, friendly employees. Strong Brand. Good Pay and benefits. Good community involvement.

      Cons

      Constant change merry-go-round. Poor results = cut costs = make more redundancies. Company feels like it is run by consultants.
