Recent leadership changes has left the business in bit of a morale decline with an increased number of staff turnover, particularly in upper management. There seems to be a disconnect between SLT and operational staff.

unsustainable - change of management (and sometimes vision/strategy!) several times per year for certain teams, lots of (good) people have left and poor atmosphere due to uncertainty, extremely political, slow decision making processes (no one wants to be responsible for anything, especially if this involves true innovation), inappropriate behaviour from some middle management members known but remaining unpunished (better not be their target) Values such as commitment and equal chances for all employees are nice words on the paper but don't seem to apply to the real work life bureaucracy and heavy processes (sometimes spending more time on reporting than actually doing your job) relatively low salaries and little evolution (better to give to shareholders than committed employees)
