      The salary is slightly below Swiss banking salaries but still ok. Friendly colleagues and interesting and various tasks. Modern office but open space

      Cons

      Not enough possibilities to work focused and concentrate, open office is noisy. A lot of politics between middle and senior management. No open and honest communication about problems or mistakes.
