      Career Development and flexibility in a transformation environment

      Pros

      During my time at Zurich, I experienced very good career opportunities and professional growth, supported by a culture of open communication. The company encourages employees to share ideas across all levels. It has also become a very flexibel an inclusive workplace, especially in recent years.

      Cons

      As a big and global corporate, Zurich sometimes has rigid structures and processes, which can slow down decision-making. It can be quite traditional as well, which might not be surprising within the industry. Recent transformation processes and changes in senior management, have lead to uncertainty within the workface.
