      Unfortunately the worst place I have been in 20 years

      Pros

      There were no “pros”. They did not write any business and ran by sales peope who do not know what they are doing.

      Cons

      Sales team brining in business that is a decline. Sales team setting up meetings with incorrect brokers. Sales team would sit on new opportunities for a week then pass over marked “urgent”. The management were the rudest I have ever encountered in almost 20 years. Being told to just “get on with it” and to “move on” constantly. They had renewals not showing up on renewal listings. They had wordings that were incorrect as would list numbering twice.
