Underpay, lack career development, Some senior managers and department head are incompetent, immature, stubborn, old school and extremely lazy.

The culture I found to be toxic and particularly excluding. Locally, management seem to be confusing culture with D&I, and when I raised concerns about the culture, my issues would be dismissed and then I would find myself excluded. From systems, to processes to people, they are set in their ways and unsupportive to anyone who questions anything about their ways.
