Pros
The biggest pro Zifo has is the people. The enthusiasm and positivity is infectious. Teamwork and synergy is everywhere. The work culture at Zifo is outstanding. You could approach anybody if you have something on your mind. I have had the good fortune to be associated with an absolutely brilliant team here and the support i received was immense, be it when a project deadline is imminent or otherwise. Zifo encourages creativity and backs talent. This place will give you the opportunity to freely express yourself. You can get into all sorts of activities and be a part of events. Zifo always has some games being held or some feast happening somewhere. You would get the chance to learn something new every day at Zifo. Knowledge sharing sessions are quite common here. You will also get to be a part of a collaborative goal setting scenario within your project teams. Zifo gave me a chance to discover myself and grow. You are given a lot of training and support. The senior management team is the greatest. There will never come a day when you would ask for help and not get it here. Zifo is all heart.
