If you are looking for a proper IT PROCESS, this is not a place Very informal culture, Not CMMI level company , hence lots of immaturity HR is really incompetent and lacks people skill totally. You will be treated as a fresher even though you are a lateral joinee. You have to go through ASSIGNMENTS to be confirmed. Pays too less.
