      Pros

      Excellent growth opportunity, although more so in certain departments. A grass root, humble company which encourages employees to be multi-taskers and critical thinkers. Fast paced, challenging, and no day is the same. If you like boring, then don't apply. If you want a challenge, to learn a lot, and be given an opprotunity to showcase your abilities, humbly, then I encourage you to apply.

      Cons

      Compensation is weak for the level of skills demanded to perform the job, however Yardi is getting better at increasing average wages. There's a lack of operations and that is because it's not an area of concern.

All of our salaries are benchmarked against national norms and salary is only one component of your overall compensation, along with paying 100% of your health care premium, a FSA plan, 401k, profit sharing, bonuses when deserved, and a number of other great perks including vacation condos, great discounts at a variety of locations near and far, fun events within the office, and more!       Pros

      I love working here. The company's culture is family oriented and it does feel like we are one big happy family. Anytime I have reached out for support or have questions from another team member, everyone was super helpful. If you are lucky enough to be a part of the Yardi's family, it won't feel like it's a job but it will feel like a career.

      Cons

      Can't think of any negative about the company.

      Decent company for somebody looking for a steady job.

      Pros

      A bit above average salary. decent workload. Job Security. Company Recognition.

      Cons

      Not good in terms of personal development - from both technical as well as interpersonal perspective. Not much scope for long overseas opportunity. Non-existent sports or cafe facilities / vending machines.

      Without the knowledge of your specific location it’s hard to work on improvement in the areas you listed. Majority of our office locations have coffee stations and vending machines. While we do not have any on-site sports facilities, many of our offices have put together teams to play a variety of sports in the community. Some locations also have discounts set-up with local studios and gyms. We encourage you to reach out to HR to find out about what is available for your location. Thank you for leaving a review!
