      Pros

      You are protected from challenges from emerging technologies as Yardi is a legacy ERP product and this industry is 5-10 years behind the technology curve. Pretty relaxed atmosphere as company is cash rich and a market leader with little competition.

      Cons

      Overall a good company to work with.

      We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review about your experience at the Pune office. While your comments sound like you enjoyed your time at Yardi, your ratings do not quite match up. Your assessment says you would not recommend working here and your star rating is average, but the only con is that it’s a good company.       Pros

      Friendly management, I found it easy to move from a team to another. They also try to make you stay within the team for as long as possible.

      Cons

      Schedule was either from 3pm to 11.30 pm or from 3.30pm to 12am.
