Pros

Fun environment to work in, a lot employee activities through out the year . Very down to earth management, they don't just sit on a pedestal but interact with the operational employees. Listened to the employees and communicated well.

Cons

Unless you were in the main offices for certain departments you will not get a fair chance to move positions or up. Positions are opened to preferred people first then to to others.

Working environment is good, leaves are good. Event management is fine. Hope to see the more improvement.

Talent recognition is absent in Management. No value for award and certification.

Pros

They do all training. Customer service invoilved in all aspects of job. Biweekly reviews are created to ensure quality and quantity is being achieved. Yardi pays all Medical-dental and vision for their employees.

Cons

Shared cubicles with cowordkers. Very little contact with upper management. All utility billing has been outsourced to India for analysis and creation of reports for billing of Apartment, Townhome, and Condo tenants.
