Company gives more preference to in-house tools than current market technologies. Should attract more outside talent, most of the senior level resources are with company from start and lack awareness of best practices and technologies.

The casual atmosphere is tempting after working in a corporate environment. They do have many activities for employees.

Cons

Nepotism is rampant, it is not what you know, but who you know, especially at the Roswell Office. They supposedly treat all the same, and they do when acknowledging work load, but it ends there. If you work your butt off, or if you simply have social hour 8 hours a day, makes no difference.
