      Careful with burn out

      Pros

      Great people, great environment, hybrid work, team lunches, constant variety of office snacks, genuinely care about giving back to the community, very understanding toward personal issues

      Cons

      They need to be more understanding during the training process. Its complicated to understand and takes more than the allotted time. Significantly more strict with metrics, which is understandable, but they need a different system thats actually fair. You could spend all day on a complicated issue and one small error causes the entire property/rest of the work to be disregarded toward your daily metrics
