      They literally hired two people for the same job

      World class company and major name recognition

      Cons

      I found out a couple months into my tenure they had accidentally hired 2 people for my job (me and another person), so they let go of me since I was being paid more. This was after helping them launch a major event and the last thing my boss ever said to me was "you crushed it." Didn't even hear back from him after that. Simply got a call from HR explaining everything and offering me a severance package. Thanks.

      Great stable company with amazing coworkers

      The people are great. Business casual dress code. Leadership is very open about the financial state of the company. Very transparent annual reviews.

      Cons

      None for me really, but I can’t speak for everyone nor every other team.
