Thank you for sharing about your experience in our Santa Barbara location. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the work life balance you achieved through our hybrid work model! At Yardi, we strive to remain an employer of choice where each employee feels supported and valued and focus not only on fair salaries, but on our total compensation package (in which we pay towards medical premiums, provide 401k profit sharing, promote work life balance, have generous PTO, and offer a robust Employee Assistance Program to help employees who may have personal and/or work-related problems).
