      Pros

      One of the best companies i have worked so far. It felt like i am a part of a small yardi family. The company really takes care of its employees and perks are awesome.

      A Rare Gem in the Current Tech Landscape

      Pros

      Well managed. Debt free. Wildly profitable. They promote from within and really walk the walk when it comes to their company motto. Very lucky to work here.

      Cons

      Salary will always be a gripe, but I’d rather have a conservative pay and job security vs my employer paying me beyond their means and routinely doing layoffs (which is what most tech companies have been doing since 2024).
