Great to start and get acclimated with account management and technical customer service

Cons

Slow moving in terms of pay/promotions/growth. You need to be at the company 2 years to be able to drop your associate title and/or transfer teams.

Employees have annual reviews with their managers to discuss goals and performance as well as opportunities for advancement based on contribution, and we often see salary increases as our employees grow in their roles with Yardi and increase their subject matter knowledge.

work is only based on sql , so by far you dont have to worry about learning any other languages, although you must spend time on learning about the product. gives you a good work life balance.

Cons

only sql, brings you backward in today's world.
