      Great Atmosphere with Quick Turnaround

      -Great peers to work with and great culture -Fantastic learning environment -Teams are incredibly helpful and understanding -Given hands on experience early on

      Cons

      -Very long hiring process, and very quick turnaround for letting go of newly hired people when needs change -Very little communication between management and newer employees about expectations and goals
