      Initially accepting a remote position with the option to be hybrid but now being required to come in once a week prevented a team member who is very valuable to the team I was on to have to go to another team because CSD needed to be tied to an office where if she moved a year ago, she would have been able to remain on the team. Bogus HR rules.

      It is wonderful to hear that you are having an 'Amazing' experience as an Associate Technical Account Manager and that you are enjoying your 'great' colleagues! We are transparent about our hybrid work model which is communicated clearly to employees during the recruitment process. While we appreciate that working 1-day per week from the office may present some challenges, we believe the hybrid work model provides tremendous flexibility to our employees and most employees appreciate the freedom of choice.
