Yearly social gathering. Nice office location. Two-face leaders that smile with you but block your progress behind your back.

Cons

- During job interview they claim that they will sponsor personal development programs but applied for at least two trainings but both interests were rejected for no apparent reason. - Worked there for 3 years and no salary raise. - Tried changing to a different department and was told am too valuable to leave current department, yet no salary raise. - Profit sharing is given to those that have been there for many years or at least 1 year. - Little appreciation for employee initiatives basically no rewards for it.
