Pros

You can work around doctor's appointments. You have flexibility with when you can start and stop working each day. Seasonal work good for when you're saving for a particular purchase. Management is fairly pleasant and understanding.

Cons

The pay is minimum wage for your jurisdiction. This is good or bad depending on where you live. The requirements are steep in terms of it may be difficult to attain the 100 done surveys per week quota. You have to cold call apartments which may be difficult for some, although you get used to it after a while.
