      Love my role with Yardi

      Pros

      There are so many opportunities at this company and it does feel like hard work pays off here. I have been here several years and have been able to move among many different teams, meeting many different people from different locations. I have made so many friends outside of work because of Yardi and love the current work I do there. My current management is amazing, I feel so much support and trust with them.

      Cons

      Change does happen fast sometimes, so being adaptable and flexible and open to change is definitely a skill that is important.

      Yardi offers a great opening to different career paths and the opportunities to move between teams and products.

      Hybrid, so many teams come in once a week at minimum.
